1. Customer-Uploaded Photos & Personalization Content

Our products are handmade and custom-printed using the personal photographs and text that you upload during the checkout process. We treat these uploads with the highest level of confidentiality and care:

  • We use your uploaded photos and personalization text strictly to produce, print, quality-check, and ship your specific order.
  • We do not use customer-uploaded family or personal photos for marketing, social media, website examples, or any other public purpose unless you give us separate, explicit, and written consent.
  • Uploaded images are processed securely through our product personalization application, NINEMAGS, and our e-commerce platform, Shopify, solely to fulfill your requested items.
  • Photo Retention Period: To ensure we can handle any potential transit damage or remake requests, your image files are securely retained in our production storage for **30 to 60 days** after delivery. Once this remake window closes, your photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our active production servers.

We collect the following specific categories of personal information from our visitors and customers:

  • Identifiers & Contact Data: Name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and device IP address.

These include Shopify (our host and primary payment gateway), NINEMAGS (our print-customization app), and our trusted shipping fulfillment partners (USPS and UPS).
