Returns & Refunds Policy

At SimplyFoundLiving, we poured our hearts into creating custom keepsakes that celebrate your life's special moments. Because every item we make is custom-printed using your personal photographs and unique specifications, all sales of personalized items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, buyer’s remorse, blurry uploaded original photos, or typos entered during checkout.

However, we completely stand behind the quality of our handmade work. If we made a mistake on our end, we promise to make it right.

1. When You Qualify for a Free Remake

We will happily produce and ship a replacement (remake) of your item completely free of charge under the following conditions:

  • Your order arrives damaged or broken during transit.
  • The item has a clear printing or manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong size, incorrect product type, or personalization text that does not match what you submitted in your final order).

2. How to Request a Remake

To initiate a remake request, please follow these simple steps within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Send an email to support@simplyfoundliving.com containing your full name and order number.
  2. Attach clear photos showing the damage, defect, or the mistake, along with a picture of the outer packaging if it was damaged in transit.
  3. You do not need to ship the defective or damaged items back to us. Since they are personalized with your photos, you may keep them.
  4. Once our team reviews and approves the photos, we will immediately fast-track a replacement order to your home at no extra cost.

3. Refunds (By Exception)

If a replacement is not possible (for instance, if a specific material or design size is completely discontinued) and the issue meets the defect criteria above, we will issue a refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional billing cycles to post the credit to your statement.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

Because we are a fast-moving, family-owned business, production on custom items begins shortly after checkout. Cancellations or photo/text changes are only possible before production starts. Once your order enters our printing and crafting workflow, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. To request an urgent change, please email support@simplyfoundliving.com as quickly as possible after purchasing.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased on our store are strictly non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by local state laws.
