Thank you for shopping with SimplyFoundLiving. This page explains how we create, pack, and deliver your custom orders. Because every item is custom-printed and handmade for you by us, the total time to receive your order is the sum of production time and transit time.

1. Production Time (Processing)

Each order is printed and crafted to your exact specifications after it is placed. Our standard production time is 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). For exceptionally large orders, we will reach out to you directly if additional crafting time is needed.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We proudly ship to all destinations within the **United States (USA)**. We do not ship internationally at this time. To ensure your custom keepsakes arrive safely, we partner with trusted domestic carriers, including **USPS** and **UPS**.

3. Shipping Methods & Flat Rates

We use a simple, tiered flat-rate shipping model based on your order total, so you always know what to expect at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (Orders $0 – $27.98): $4.99 — Transit time: 3–5 business days.
  • Standard Shipping (Orders $27.99 – $54.99): $7.99 — Transit time: 3–5 business days.
  • Free Standard Shipping (Orders $55.00 and up): FREE — Transit time: 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (All orders optional): $14.99 — Transit time: 1–3 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been crafted and shipped, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carriers and may occasionally be affected by severe weather or peak holiday capacities.

5. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply at the customer's expense to send the package a second time.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, physical responsibility transfers to the buyer. If your tracking states delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local delivery person first. If it remains missing, contact the carrier to file a trace, and email us so we can assist you in the process.

7. Damaged on Arrival

We take great care in packaging your custom keepsakes, but if your order arrives damaged during transit, please email us at support@simplyfoundliving.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and the outer packaging. You do not need to ship the damaged personalized items back to us. We will immediately arrange a replacement remake at no cost to you.
